Tuna and Egg Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 eggs
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs.
4. Drain the tuna and add it to the eggs.
5. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
6. Pour the egg and tuna mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.
7. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet.
8. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve the tuna and egg pasta warm. Enjoy!
