Tuna and Green Bean Egg Salad

Ingredients:

- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 cup of cooked green beans
- 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 2 tablespoons of bacon bits
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
- 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 4 slices of bread

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, green beans, eggs, cucumber, mustard, carrots, bacon bits, cream, yogurt, spinach, feta cheese, and grated cheese.

2. Mix the ingredients together until they are well combined.

3. Toast the bread slices and spread the egg salad onto each slice.

4. Serve the tuna and green bean egg salad on the toasted bread slices. Enjoy!
