Tuna and Kidney Bean Salad

Ingredients:

- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 can of kidney beans, drained
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, kidney beans, chickpeas, and eggs.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

3. Pour the dressing over the tuna and bean mixture and mix until everything is evenly coated.

4. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
