Tuna and Lentil Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup uncooked lentils
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

Instructions:

1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.

2. In a medium saucepan, combine the tomato sauce and lentils. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes or until lentils are tender.

3. Add the cooked rice to the saucepan and stir to combine.

4. Add the tuna and stir to combine.

5. Sprinkle the blue cheese over the top of the rice and tuna mixture.

6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
