Tuna and Mozzarella Egg Bake


- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch baking dish.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Spread tuna in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the tuna.

4. Pour egg mixture over the cheese and tuna.

5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until eggs are set. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
