Make Tuna and Mozzarella Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients:
- 4 bell peppers
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of corn kernels
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes from the inside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mozzarella cheese, corn kernels, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
4. Stuff each bell pepper with the tuna and mozzarella mixture, pressing down gently to pack the filling.
5. Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and cover with aluminum foil.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bell peppers are tender.
7. Remove the foil and sprinkle some extra mozzarella cheese on top of each stuffed bell pepper.
8. Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Serve the tuna and mozzarella stuffed bell peppers hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
