Tuna and Olive Wrap

Ingredients:

- 2 wraps
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups of spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, olives, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly combined.

2. Spread the mixture onto the wraps, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

3. Top with the spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes.

4. Roll up the wraps and cut in half.

5. Serve with a side of natural yoghurt, honey, cinnamon, and butter.

Nutella and Fruit Crumpets

Ingredients:

- 4 crumpets
- 1/2 cup of Nutella
- 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup of raspberries
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Place the crumpets on a baking sheet.

3. Spread the Nutella evenly over the crumpets.

4. Top with the sliced strawberries and raspberries.

5. Drizzle the melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon.

6. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the crumpets are golden brown.

7. Serve with a side of milk and lemonade.
