Tuna and Pea Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of uncooked pasta
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Add the tuna and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
