Recipe Name: Tuna and Pepper Omelette

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
2. Add the drained tuna and pepper to the beaten eggs, and mix everything together.
3. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook for a few minutes until the edges start to set.
5. Using a spatula, gently lift the edges of the omelette and tilt the skillet to let the uncooked eggs flow to the edges.
6. Continue cooking until the omelette is set but still slightly runny in the middle.
7. Carefully fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute or so until fully cooked.
8. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
