Tuna and Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 beetroot, diced
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 can tuna, drained
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and sauté for 3 minutes.
2. Add the bell pepper and beetroot and sauté for another 3 minutes.
3. Add the cream and stir to combine.
4. Add the broccoli and tuna and stir to combine.
5. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.
6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
