Recipe: Tuna and Rice Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 can of tuna
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, tuna, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and chopped parsley. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
3. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, then arrange them on a serving plate.
4. Spoon the tuna and rice mixture onto the lettuce leaves.
5. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
6. Serve and enjoy your delicious Tuna and Rice Salad!
