Tuna and Sardine Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 2 cans of sardines, drained
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup of guacamole
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 4 tortillas, cut into strips
- 4 slices of ham, diced
- 1 pound of pasta, cooked
- 1 cup of shredded cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, avocado, tuna, sardines, butter, and olive oil.

3. Spread the guacamole in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

4. Layer the potatoes, tortillas, ham, and pasta over the guacamole.

5. Pour the egg mixture over the top of the pasta.

6. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.

7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Serve warm and enjoy!
