Make Tuna and Tomato Fricassee
Tuna and Tomato Fricassee
Ingredients:
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the tuna and tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Add the shredded cheese and stir until melted.
5. Serve over cooked pasta or rice. Enjoy!
