Make Tuna and Tomato Pasta
Tuna and Tomato Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of uncooked pasta
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the diced tomato and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
4. Drain the tuna and add it to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes.
5. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
