Tuna and Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of pasta

- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (such as carrots, peas, and corn)
- 1/2 cup of cooked chicken, diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Assorted spices (such as oregano, basil, and thyme), to taste

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.

2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tuna, tomato, onion, garlic, and vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the cooked chicken and season with salt, pepper, and spices. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

4. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir in the cheese and cook until the cheese is melted and the pasta is heated through, about 2 minutes.

5. Serve the tuna and vegetable pasta warm. Enjoy!
