Tuna Fish and Potato Tomato Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 can of tuna fish
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the tuna fish, tomato, banana, olive oil, and red wine vinegar.
3. Add the potatoes to the bowl and gently mix together.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
