Tuna Gnocchi Bake
Ingredients:
-1/2 lb gnocchi
-1/2 cup grated carrot
-1/2 cup sour cream
-2 tablespoons butter
-1 can tuna, drained
-1/2 cup tomato sauce
-1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked gnocchi, grated carrot, sour cream, butter, tuna, and tomato sauce. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
