Tuna, Maiz, and Guandules Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 can of guandules, drained
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, corn, guandules, eggs, mayonnaise, butter, bacon, and cheese. Mix until everything is well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
6. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
