Recipe Name: Tuna Pasta Bake

Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup vegetable mix
- Mixed salad greens
- Garlic bread
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- Juice of 1 citron

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and red onion, sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the diced potatoes and vegetable mix to the skillet. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
5. Stir in the tuna, diced tomatoes, red peppers, basil, salt, honey, and fish sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix everything together.
7. Pour in the white wine and cream. Stir well to combine.
8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. While the pasta bake is baking, prepare the salad greens and garlic bread.
11. Serve the tuna pasta bake hot with a side of salad greens and garlic bread. Garnish with chopped dill and a squeeze of citron juice.
