Tuna Potato Salad
Ingredients:
2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 can of tuna, drained
2 tablespoons of mustard
1 apple, diced
1/4 cup of black olives, sliced
Instructions:
1. Place the cubed potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and set aside to cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, tuna, mustard, apples, and black olives.
3. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
4. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
