Tuna Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped pickles
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked rice, tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, pickles, and parsley.
2. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
4. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy!
