Tuna Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

3. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, tuna, tomatoes, cucumber, banana, eggs, and half of the cheese.

4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through.

7. Serve warm and enjoy!
