Tuna Steak with Rice and Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 tuna steaks
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 cups of cooked pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of fresh cream
- 2 slices of bread
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Place the tuna steaks in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat and add the onion, tomato, and carrot. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the cooked rice and pasta to the saucepan and stir to combine.
5. Add the yoghurt and fresh cream and stir to combine.
6. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and top with the tuna steaks.
7. Serve with the bread. Enjoy!
