Make Tuna Stuffed Red Peppers

Recipe Name: Tuna Stuffed Red Peppers

Ingredients:
- 4 red peppers
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the tops off the red peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
3. In a bowl, mix together the drained tuna, eggs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Stuff each red pepper with the tuna mixture.
5. Place the stuffed red peppers in a baking dish and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to brown the tops.
8. Serve the tuna stuffed red peppers hot and enjoy!
