Tuna Zucchini Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of dry pasta
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and green pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Add zucchini and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
5. Stir in tuna and cook for 1 minute.
6. Add flour and stir to combine.
7. Gradually add milk and stir until sauce thickens.
8. Add cooked pasta and stir to combine.
9. Transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
10. Sprinkle diced apple and cheese over the top.
11. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
12. Serve warm and enjoy!
