Make Turkey and Cauliflower Stir-Fry

Recipe: Turkey and Cauliflower Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb turkey breast, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup sweetcorn
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil

Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sliced turkey breast and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
4. Add the cauliflower florets and sweetcorn to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
5. Return the cooked turkey to the skillet and mix everything together.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the turkey and vegetables.
7. Continue to stir-fry everything together until the sauce is well distributed and the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Turkey and Cauliflower Stir-Fry!
