Make Turkey and Ham Pie

Turkey and Ham Pie

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 leek, chopped
- 2 cups of cooked turkey, diced
- 2 cups of cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 2 sheets of puff pastry

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the leek and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the turkey and ham and cook for another 5 minutes.

4. Pour in the cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Grease a 9-inch pie dish. Place one sheet of puff pastry in the dish and press it into the sides.

6. Pour the turkey and ham mixture into the dish. Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top and press the edges together.

7. Cut a few slits in the top of the pastry and bake for 25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.

8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
