Turkey and Red Pepper Skillet
Ingredients:
-1 lb ground turkey
-1 large onion, diced
-1 red pepper, diced
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon smoked paprika
-1 teaspoon cumin
-1 teaspoon chili powder
-Salt and pepper to taste
-1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until it is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the onion and red pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are cooked through.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
