Turkey and Rice Stew

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of uncooked white rice
- 2 cups of diced chicken meat
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 egg
- 2 turkey wings
- 1 cup of cooked beans
- 1/2 cup of dried algae

Instructions:

1. In a large pot, add the rice, chicken meat, salt, egg, turkey wings, and beans.

2. Fill the pot with enough water to cover the ingredients.

3. Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.

4. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add the dried algae and stir to combine.

6. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve the stew hot. Enjoy!
