Make Turkey and Sweetcorn Stir-Fry
Recipe Name: Turkey and Sweetcorn Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb turkey breast, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sweetcorn
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add sliced turkey breast and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Add sliced onion and red bell pepper, continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Add sweetcorn to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
7. Pour the sauce mixture over the turkey and vegetables, stir well to combine.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve the turkey and sweetcorn stir-fry over cooked rice.
