Turkey Fried Rice

Ingredients:
-1 cup of uncooked rice
-1 lb of ground turkey
-2 carrots, peeled and diced
-1/2 cup of frozen peas
-1/2 cup of diced onion
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the ground turkey and cook until it is browned and cooked through.
4. Add the carrots, peas, and onion and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
