Make Turkey Mince and Pea Ragu
Turkey Mince and Pea Ragu
Ingredients:
- 500g turkey mince
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 1 stock cube
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat and add the turkey mince. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mince is browned.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, stirring often.
3. Add the tinned tomatoes, peas, stock cube and season with salt and pepper.
4. Bring to a simmer and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
5. Serve over cooked pasta or rice. Enjoy!
