Turkey Oatmeal Apple Skillet
Ingredients:
-1 lb ground turkey
-1 cup uncooked oatmeal
-1 cup diced apples
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 cup water
-2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the ground turkey and cook until it is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
4. Add the oatmeal and diced apples. Stir to combine.
5. Add the water and stir to combine.
6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
