Turkey Quesadilla
Ingredients:
2 large flour tortillas
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup cooked turkey breast, diced
1/2 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
2 slices salami, diced
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter over one side of each tortilla. Place one tortilla in the skillet, butter side down.
3. Sprinkle the diced turkey, cheese, and salami over the tortilla in the skillet.
4. Place the other tortilla on top, butter side up.
5. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
6. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown.
7. Slice the quesadilla into wedges and serve. Enjoy!
