Turkey Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients:

- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 lb. minced turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a large pot, bring potatoes to a boil and cook until tender. Drain and mash.

3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

4. Add turkey and cook until browned, about 8 minutes.

5. Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook until tomatoes are softened, about 5 minutes.

6. Sprinkle flour over the turkey mixture and stir to combine.

7. Slowly add milk and stir until thickened.

8. Remove from heat and stir in mashed potatoes.

9. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread the turkey mixture evenly in the dish.

10. Dot the top with butter.

11. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

12. Serve and enjoy!
