Turkish Bulgur and Meatball Pilaf

Ingredients:

-1 cup bulgur
-1 large tomato, diced
-1 large potato, peeled and diced
-1 small onion, diced
-1 cup uncooked pasta
-1/2 lb. cooked meatballs
-1/2 cup plain yogurt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, combine bulgur, tomato, potato, and onion. Mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.

3. Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

4. Top with the uncooked pasta and meatballs.

5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through.

6. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

7. Serve warm with a dollop of plain yogurt on top. Enjoy!
