Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 100g of cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they release their juices, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
