Vanilla Cupcakes

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup of sugar
-1 cup of all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup of vegetable oil
-2 large eggs

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. In a medium bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, and oil.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.

4. Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix until well combined.

5. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.

6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.

7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.

8. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
