Vanilla Cupcakes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
5. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
7. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
