Make Vanilla Custard

Vanilla Custard

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until combined.

2. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it is just about to boil.

3. Slowly pour the hot milk into the egg mixture while whisking constantly.

4. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the custard thickens and coats the back of a spoon.

5. Remove the custard from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

6. Pour the custard into a bowl and let cool.

7. Serve the custard chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
