Vanilla Custard Pie

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup butter, melted
-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-2 eggs
-1 cup heavy whipping cream
-1/2 cup vanilla custard

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, flour, and vanilla extract. Mix until a thick dough forms.

3. Press the dough into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 15 minutes.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla custard.

5. Pour the custard mixture into the pre-baked pie shell.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the custard is set.

7. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
