Vanilla Rice
Ingredients:
-1 cup long grain white rice
-2 cups water
-1 teaspoon garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine the rice, water, garlic, and vanilla extract.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
4. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve. Enjoy!
