Vegan Chicken and Cheese Bean Spinach Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cups vegan chicken, diced
- 1 can of cheese beans, drained
- 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine vegan chicken, cheese beans, spinach, vegan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is combined.
3. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
