Ingredients:
- 1 vegan wrap
- 2 tablespoons of schmand (vegan sour cream)
- 1 small cucumber (gurke), thinly sliced
- 1 tomato (tomate), thinly sliced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs (eier), sliced
- 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Instructions:
1. Lay the vegan wrap flat on a clean surface.
2. Spread the schmand evenly over the wrap, leaving a border around the edges.
3. Place the sliced cucumber, tomato, hard-boiled eggs, and onion on top of the schmand.
4. Carefully roll up the wrap, tucking in the sides as you go to create a tight roll.
5. Slice the wrap in half diagonally for easier eating.
