Vegetable and Fruit Grain Bowl

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked grains of your choice (e.g. quinoa, brown rice, barley, etc.)
- 1 cup cooked vegetables of your choice (e.g. broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
- 1 cup cooked or raw fruits of your choice (e.g. apples, pears, bananas, etc.)
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice (e.g. almond milk, oat milk, etc.)

Instructions:
1. Cook the grains according to package instructions.
2. Steam or sauté the vegetables until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
3. Slice the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked grains, vegetables, and fruits.
5. Pour the milk over the bowl and mix everything together.
6. Serve the grain bowl warm or cold. Enjoy!
