Make Vegetable Cottage Cheese Curry
Vegetable Cottage Cheese Curry
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese, cubed
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 capsicum, diced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
Instructions:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
2. Add the capsicum and tomato and cook for a further 2 minutes.
3. Add the turmeric powder, green chilli, coriander leaves and garam masala and cook for a further minute.
4. Add the cottage cheese cubes and stir to combine.
5. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cottage cheese is cooked through.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice or naan. Enjoy!
