Vegetable Fried Rice
Ingredients:
-1 cup cooked white rice
-1/2 cup corn kernels
-1/2 cup diced broccoli
-1/2 cup diced carrots
-1/2 cup diced celery
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the corn, broccoli, carrots, and celery and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the cooked rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
4. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the rice is heated through.
5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
