Make Vegetable Fried Rice

Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients:

-1 cup uncooked white rice
-1 can of tuna, drained
-1/4 cup oats
-1 cup milk
-1 tomato, diced
-1 potato, diced
-1 carrot, diced
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Add the diced potato, carrot, and tomato to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the oats, tuna, and cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Pour the milk into the skillet and stir to combine.

6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
