Make Vegetable Fried Rice

Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 potato, peeled and diced
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the potato and carrot and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Add the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.

6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
