Make Vegetable Fried Rice
Vegetable Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup gram flour
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 capsicum, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 1 potato, diced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the wheat flour and gram flour and stir-fry for a few minutes until golden brown.
3. Add the diced potato and carrot and stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are lightly cooked.
4. Add the cabbage, capsicum, peas and cooked rice and stir-fry for a few minutes.
5. Add the chopped coriander and season with salt to taste.
6. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are cooked through.
7. Serve hot.
